The Dolomites are a particular mountain area of the Alps, they are distinguished by their orogeny and their rock type (dolomite). They are situated entirely in Italy and since 2009 are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tourism economy and the continued urbanization have substantially altered the natural landscape of the Dolomites but the landscape photographer Matteo Zanvettor wants to offer, with his shots, a pristine vision of these jewels of nature.
